Rebecca has wide experience in business development, rewards programmes and product development. She is the co-founder and driver behind PROTOUCH SPORTS – a South African-based impact investment sports management business focused on enabling South African athletes to perform on the World Stage. ProTouch Sports owns the #1 Continental Road Cycling Team in Africa and her vision is to revolutionize the professional arm of the road cycling, by building a sustainable business that supports high performance and then, to roll this model out into other sporting codes in Africa.

She has assembled an ecosystem and created a number of initiatives that serve as a platform, to recognise and support talent, build fan engagement and, access innovative funding for high-performance athletes. In addition, she also manages the Phil Liggett Foundation, a non-profit organisation in partnership with Phil Liggett – the Global Voice of Cycling and Conservationist – together with World Tour riders and SA National Road Champions: Ashleigh Moolman Pasio and Ryan Gibbons.

Rebecca is responsible for the growth of Blocksport in the African sports market.
