Blocksport: A Year in Review

2024 has been an extraordinary year for Blocksport, marked by innovation, global expansion, and game-changing partnerships. From collaborating with industry leaders to growing our client base across new regions, we have laid the foundation for even greater achievements in the years to come.

Partnerships and Development

Strategic partnerships have been at the core of our growth this year, with our collaboration with Deutsche Telekom taking center stage. Together, we are planning to enhance fan engagement for Deutsche Telekom’s sponsored properties and have already launched our first joint project—a dedicated fan app for Telekom Baskets Bonn. This partnership highlights the transformative potential of Blocksport’s solutions in connecting fans with their favorite teams.

We also partnered with Fireblocks, integrating their Web3 wallet into our apps as the first step of an exciting collaboration. Additional alliances with C’mon Sports, AquaBloom, Vamos Ventures Group, and Data Talks have extended our influence in the sports tech sector. Furthermore, collaborations with Blackcatcard have strengthened our technological capabilities.

Worldwide Exposure

2024 has been a landmark year for Blocksport as we expanded our global footprint. We strengthened our presence in Latin America with two representatives in the region and concluded the year by opening a new office in New York City. Additionally, we celebrated acquiring our first clients in Southeast Asia and South America, marking significant milestones in our growth journey.

Our representatives were actively engaged at high-profile events across Europe, LATAM, and South America, including the World Football Summit, Web Summit, and Sports Tech Nation. In total, Blocksport made its presence felt at over 20 events spanning three continents, showcasing our commitment to connecting with the global sports tech community.

New Clients and Possibilities

Blocksport’s client portfolio grew significantly this year. We signed our first clients in South America, our first World Federation of Kickboxing, and our first Portuguese football club, Boavista. Additionally, we extended our footprint in European basketball through partnerships with Monaco Basket and Telekom Baskets Bonn, which also spurred exciting new developments in our product offerings.

Conclusion

2024 has been a year of milestones for Blocksport, characterized by global expansion, notable partnerships, and an ever-growing client base. As we reflect on this year’s achievements, we are filled with gratitude for our partners, clients, and the vibrant sports community that inspires us to innovate. Looking ahead, we are excited to bring our cutting-edge solutions to even more clubs and fans in 2025 and beyond.
